that last post was kind of lame at the end. jordan, you were absolutley right to make fun of me.


T-Minus 5 days until i'm off to buenos aires. and i'm wondering: how will i spend my last few days in the states? shouldn't i spend these precious hours reflecting on my life, my time in college, all of those insane and intensely beautiful and meaningful moments, how much i adore all of my partners in crime (many of whom i'll be seeing for the last time as they graduate and leave the RoPa in may), maybe engage in a little nostaligic, meta-romantic idealizing of the 21 - almost 22 years which comprise my existence?

or should i procrastinate like it's my job, spend most of the week making poor decisions under the influence of alcohol, and sober up just in time to take 2 dramamine tablets and get on my flight?



the answer to this should be fairly obvious. here's the agenda thus far:

monday - megan and I have decided to impose a moratorium on productive activity of any kind. this includes, but is not limited to homework, cleaning, packing, prostitution, and drug dealing. Also, the ILU will celebrate it's final Monday Night Mockery session of the season. [goodbye to prison break, the hills, dancelife, and the boondocks]

tuesday - the foxy ladies of 6622 and friends will have one final Terrible Tuesday Beer Night, most likely involving a trip to Joe's. hopefully we will not be subjected to any of the god-awful bands they like to book.

wednesday - grownup day. this will include recovery and handling of any last minute things. you know, like finally getting around to packing for this trip. [goodbye to the real world and maui fever]

thursday - goodbye day with dr. karanja; turning in my final grad research project; picking her brain about my ideas for a mulcahy proposal for the fall. also heading down to cham/bana to see molly, kiss the fam goodbye, and rest up for friday's antics. [goodbye to grey's anatomy, the office, and scrubs]

friday - UNOFFICIAL! this is about to be an all-around hilarious time. i mean, drinking with almost an entire university? getting up at 6 AM so we can make it to the 7AM kegger and the 8 AM opening of the green street bars? how can you go wrong? that's right, you can't. plus, we made shirts. so you know this will be an event to remember. this also marks the first time my brother will have the privilege of hanging out with seriously drunk taria. i'm sure he'll be terribly entertained. or horrified.

saturday - heading back to the chi early for breakfast with ILU and the roommie. then...kiss this lady, goodbye...

sunday - begin causing trouble in the southern hemisphere.

ps - shout out to clayton, matt, zak (and all the rest). TOC has now officially had a film featured on myspace. they're well on their way to being famous. i'm well on my way to selling stories [and possibly pictures to be photoshopped to depict compromising situations] to the tabloids...! everyone's a winner.
